FTF Group Climate^® supplied the Multi Million Pound office refurbishment with their Active Multi-Service Chilled Beam units complete with continuous LED lighting and their Chilled Ceilings and chilled access bulkheads.

A key aspiration behind the refurbishment was to increase sustainability and reduce the enviornmental impact of the building.

20 Finsbury, formerly known as the Alpheus building, will achieve BREEAM Excellent certification.
