In 2015, the building was sold for £17 Million (UKP) to overseas investors, with the 92,000 ft² office building still to be occupied by the 'Home Move' division of British Gas until 2025.

The office was supplied with FTF Group's Ceiling Integrated Active Chilled Beam units with integrated lighting, to provide building occupants with a high level of energy-efficient cooling.
