FTF Group supplies, manufactures and installs Multi-Service Chilled Beams (MSCB's). These integrated building service units provide flexible space conditioning that can be tailored in terms of appearance and the services provided, to meet specific requirements. In this way, they help to create attractive, comfortable and productive working environments.

FTF Group's Active Multi-Service Chilled Beam units use a supply of fresh ventilation air to draw warm room air to the unit's cooling battery. The warmer room air is cooled as it passes through the finned tube cooling batteries, which comprise of aluminum fins with copper channels through which cool water passes. The heat of the room is taken in through the aluminum fins and transferred into the water circuit through the copper tube and on to a central chiller.

FTF Group's Passive Multi-Service Chilled Beam represents the very latest development in passive beam technology. X-Wing® employs connective and radiant cooling principles and is designed to deliver high cooling duties (up to 352.3 BTU/hr/ft) with no noise and minimal air movement.
