Active & Passive Chilled Beams
The refurbishment of the building, completed in 2017, creates an environment for the recently formed College of Engineering, Design, and Physical Sciences partnership, providing them with over 4,710m² of educational development space.
The refurbishment, costing £13.8 million (GBP), provided a complete internal and external transformation of the building, as well as creating a new entrance to the western side of the university campus.
FTF Group supplied the university with both their Active Chilled Beams and X-Wing Radiant Passive Chilled Beam range.
