Located north of Johannesburg, the Eskom Megawatt Park was built in 1977 and has surrounding office parks and housing for the benefit of the building occupants.

The project was supplied with FTF Group's range of Passive Chilled Beams providing high levels of Thermal Comfort for the benefit of the building occupants helping to improve health and wellbeing.

High levels of Thermal Comfort can be achieved by FTF Group's Passive Chilled Beams as they deliver high cooling duties with no noise and minimal air movement.
