Passive Chilled Beams
The Sydney Water House HQ, located in Parramatta just North West of Sydney's central business district, is a 17-storey office tower providing circa 23,000m² of space for the benefit of building occupants.
The project achieved a 5 Star Green Star Office Built v2 rating, which was awarded by the Green Building Council of Australia.
FTF Group Climate® was selected to supply their highly efficient Passive Chilled Beams to the building, with the beams being installed discreetly above the metal perforated ceiling.
