FTF Group Climate® supplied the 90 Bartholomew Close commercial office in London with their Active Multi-Service Chilled Beams (MSCBs) with integrated LED lighting.
The building was originally a linoleum & carpet warehouse and showroom after being built circa 1910. The interior was designed by Sheppard Robson to reflect the building's original industrial use, with exposed brickwork, concrete soffits, and FTF Group's Multi-Service Chilled Beams.
The commercial office building, which also hosts retail space at ground level, was valued at over $58 Million (USD) from its recent sale to La Francaise Real Estate Partners International.
FTF Group's Multi-Service Chilled Beam units maximize the available floor-to-ceiling heights as they can incorporate Heating, Cooling, Lighting, and other building services into a single 100% prefabricated and fully factory tested integrated service module.
